Our mission is always to treat the whole person to the best of our ability. That means meeting not just the day-to-day physical requirements of our residents, but their emotional and psychological needs as well. Consequently, patient, resident and family counseling support plays an increasingly important role in our facility.

Stress, depression and other psychological problems stemming from medical conditions, loss of physical or mental capabilities and other age-related issues, can often be reduced or even eliminated through a combination of interpersonal psychotherapy, problem-solving and cognitive-behavioral therapies. A robust schedule of activities is specifically designed to encourage socialization, engagement and involvement to further enhance the quality of life for our residents. We believe that a “happy resident is a healthy resident”.
